Are you wanting to return something? No problem!
If you are unsatisfied and looking to return a faulty or incorrect item that you purchased from us, please contact us so we can get this sorted for you. We do our best to process all returns within 48 hours, but it can take up to 7 working days for your items to arrive at our warehouse. We will send you an email to let you know when it has been received and processed. When your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer and bank, it can take up to two weeks for funds to show in your account.
Our return policy is below
- We will inspect all goods on return
- You can return any item purchased from our online store for a refund, within 28 days of receiving your order
- If you want a refund for your purchase, however you are unable to return the goods to us for any reason, then a refund will be at our discretion
- Sorry but you are not able to return items for an exchange. If you are unhappy with your goods and want to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order. Any returned items will be credited to your account.
- Only the amount you paid when you purchased the item will be refunded back to your account. This includes sale items and does not include shipping fees
- We accept all returns without question, however, all goods must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. In the unlikely case where an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, whereby it is damaged, not the original item, we will send it back to you at your cost
- Returned goods are your responsibility till they reach our warehouse. Please make sure your item is packed properly and won’t get damaged on the way. Packing the items incorrectly which leads to damaged goods will not be accepted. You are liable for any damaged goods in transit
- We are not liable for any items that are returned to us by mistake, this includes incorrect shipping address or mistakenly returned items
- Although we do our best to take care of the items, please ensure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you’re returning and obtain proof of posting. If an item is list, stolen or damaged in transit it is the responsibility of your postal service.
- We only refund to your original payment method, since our online store only accepts credit cards this is our only method. This means that we can only refund to the original credit card
Our Refund Process
- You (the customer) lodge a return request via our online shopping cart or over the phone
- You send the goods back to our warehouse
- We (the merchant) receive the goods, inspect them
- If the goods are in resalable condition, we will accept them and process your refund
- You will receive an email and your original payment method will be credited
